Brain Institute to host a Neuroimaging Focus Group on February 29th
The UVA Brain Institute is hosting a Neuroimaging Focus Group on Thursday, February 29th from 4-5:30pm at the Corner Building (directions below).
UVA has long been a leader in neuroimaging research and now, more than ever, we are building strength in this area across the institution. The goal of our focus group is to introduce new and established faces, to build interdisciplinary collaborations, and to discuss how we can advance our programs through shared resources and expertise. The Brain Institute’s mission is to facilitate these interactions and to support strategic investments in Brain & Neuroscience at UVA.
Attendees are asked to come prepared to introduce themselves & their research focus (brief 2-3 sentences), as well as to share thoughts on the future of the field and where UVA's strengths & opportunities lie. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
All are welcome to attend. Please email BrainUVA@uvahealth.org with any questions. We hope to see you on the 29th!
