Anyone age 18 and older including persons with dementia, care partners, and interested healthy adults. 

Why join?

Learn about research opportunities available to you related to Alzheimer's disease, related dementias and diseases, aging, and caregiving. 

What does joining involve?

• Answer surveys once a year about your contact and health information.
• Receive information about potential opportunities that may interest you.
• Optional: Give a small sample of blood for future research. 

Joining the registry does not obligate you to participate in any study. You always have the option to accept or decline any opportunity we offer you.
